Our Year end banquet will be held on Sunday April 25, 2010 IP, Tyke, Novice will be from 11am-12:30pm and Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget will be from 1pm-2:30pm. Pizza, chips and juice will be served. Due to construction scheduled at Lefroy arena... it will be held at the Stroud arena, banquet hall
Also on Sunday April 25, 2010 we will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 7pm at Stroud arena, banquet hall. Please come on out and be a part of this great association. You can share ideas and comments.
Our 4th Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday June 26th, 2010 at Big Cedar Golf course. More details to follow but mark your calendars now.
LMHA needs your help! We need volunteers to help assist us with sponsorship calls, donation of prizes for various events, fundraising project organization and tournament conveynors and helpers. As a league we all need to work together. We are also looking for board members. If you can offer some of your time or are interested in getting involved in the running of the league, please contact Karen Stewart or Carrie Heenan.
LMHA will be increasing registration for the upcoming 2010-2011 season.
For the last 6 years we have worked hard to keep our registration the same with no increases and we have done that. Unfortunately the time has come that we need to do this. We have had ice cost increases the past 3 years, along with referee fee increases and many other minor cost increases. LMHA works hard to fundraise and offset costs and we will continue to do this.
For the upcoming season registration will be increased by $60.00 per child. LMHA will require a $200.00 deposit to hold your child's spot on our first registration date (year end banquet day), of this $100.00 is non-refundable if you decide to not return. Once we have completed our first registration date, we will not hold a spot for your child and it will be a first come, first serve basis. After our final registration (end of August) the entire $200.00 is non-refundable. LMHA will accept post dated cheques between April and August to help spread the cost out. Full payment will be required by August 30/10. NSF cheques will be subject to a fee of $25.00.
